the on-line ticket sales system offers discounts, which aren’t available at the box office. Pre-sales also allow you to skip queues at the event entrances.
 
*can I buy tickets for other people?
yes, once you register and/or log in, you will be able to add other people and purchase tickets for them. Each new person has to be added with their unique, active e-mail address.
 
*must I register?
yes, registration is required to purchase pre-sales tickets on-line.
 
*how can I make a payment?
during the ticket purchase process, you will be transferred to a payment web page, which will allow you to make a payment, using a credit/debit card or a bank transfer.

*I received a warning that my e-mail address already exists in the system
the warning indicates that your e-mail address has been used in the past to register in the system. If you have forgotten your password, please use the [I forgot my password] link on the login screen. If you have registered in the past, you only need to enter/reset your password, with no need of registering again.

* can I use my e-mail address as my login?
yes, it’s a common practice.

* why must the password consist of so many characters?
